Outlier is an educational platform featuring accredited online college courses, offered at a fraction of the cost students are currently spending. Outlier was founded by Masterclass co-founder, Aaron Rasmussen, in an effort to reduce student debt and increase access to high-quality education. Mimi is currently working on this project as Senior Creative Producer.

Hamilton's Pharmacopeia is a docuseries exploring the history, chemistry, and societal impact of some the world’s most unique psychoactive drugs. The show was created by Hamilton Morris. From 2016 - 2020, Mimi worked across all three seasons of the series, serving most recently as the Supervising Producer.

FFFest was a screening and talk series dedicated to celebrating the achievements of women in cinema. Mimi co-founded the project with the mission of providing a platform for women in film to share resources, guidance, and inspiration. The event series launched in LA and NYC, and ran from 2018-2020.
